Kind staff but would be nice if we knew where the animals came from! I wouldn't want to be buying from a rabbit farm or something - that would be if I was alllowed one!

plenty to buy for your animals.
staff are always friendly and helpful.
they have workshop/talks for kids in the school holidays which is brilliant for the kids because they get to learn about different types of animals and touch them.
