Very friendly helpful staff. The shop is well stocked all different types of crafts over two floors at reasonable prices.

An excellent store, with very helpful and friendly staff throughout.
I shop in many different Hobbycrafts around the UK for my modelling and sometimes find it difficult getting certain colours and truth be have it, the staff can be a bit grumpy. BUT Strafford Hobbycraft staff was FANTASTIC, cheerful and attentive and even better had the colour of Tamiya paint I had been searching for, other store especially Dundee need to take a leaf from Strafford store. The store itself was clean, tidy and as a wheelchair users perfect for getting around.
I love this store, not only for its selection but for the staff as well. They are always there too help if needed and nothing is ever too much trouble. As for the products I could happily spend all day in here looking at each product
