Never been before. My normal Evri station was defective and the helpful staff sent me to Tesco Express. The staff were really, actually especially helpful. Thank you Ed! Brilliant. Tidy, organised shop. Well done. A credit to retail and Tesco!
Tesco Express store that has a free to use cashpoint outside the store. Approximately 12 parking spaces outside with 30 minutes maximum stay for Tesco customers.
A convenient well stocked shop. Usually use the self service checkouts but today there was a queue - a very polite young man called me over to the till was really pleasant & packed my items for me. He was a great advert for your company I work in retail myself excellent customer service. I didnt catch a name badge but he was blonde & working at 4.30 pm.
Have been using this store for years, more so recently by using the whoosh service, not had many bad experiences but when we have had a delivery fail and I spoke with Graham/Graeme at the store, this turned a straight forward issue into a nightmare. He was rude, uncompromising, confrontational, obnoxious…..he was putting Tesco’s ills as my issue and I will do everything to avoid this store because of this individual. Beyond disgraceful.nnJust to add insult to injury, Graham/Graeme asked me to call him back within 30 minutes, which I have done 3 times to no avail. Appreciate the store could be busy and I am not the only customer, but I have called and can’t get customer service considering we are the customers missing products from our order.
Customer service is absolutely disgusting. I've been in customer service for over 30 years,and I'd never ever treat customers the way these employees do. Personally,I blame the management. If the manager allows his/her staff to continue to pass on poor customer service,then he/she needs customer service training too.
