Open all year round, our Farm Shop offers a wide range of tasty products for all dietary needs; Our Cafe serves home cooked meals straight from 'field to plate; Our seasonal Plant Centre sells beautiful plants and hanging baskets lovingly nurtured in our own glass houses; and during the summer we offer 'Pick Your Own' strawberries, raspberries and blackberries for all the family to enjoy!

We also host a range of events throughout the year from Murder Mystery Suppers to children's creative food workshops and family parties!

We visited Canalside Farm to take part in the pumpkin picking. What a fabulous evening we had. The selection of pumpkins was outstanding, with multiple fields full of them all shapes all sizes and even colours! We also had food in the cafe which was tasty and great value with lovely hot coffee too just what you needed on a cool autumn evening. Definitely recommend for all ages to visit the pumpkin picking!
Great place to visit and walk round the farm shop is amazing and cafe is great. Fantastic place to go pumpkin picking too!
Friendly staff. Lunch was REALLY tasty. I had the chicken and pesto flatbread and my partner, the teriyaki beef flatbread. The coffee is also great. Really relaxing sat outside by the canal.
Lovely full English breakfast. Generous portion for £10. Great selection of cakes and pastries too. Dog friendly seating outside under large gazebo cover. The shop is a revelation. Beautifully arranged, very well stocked with a massive range of fresh produce, pastries, artisan breads, Belgian chocolates…. The list goes on. Well worth a visit.
I have been a customer at the Farm shop for over twenty years. It has been a real delight to see this fantastic and thriving family run business grow and expand over the years. The fresh fruit and vegetable display is a sight for sore eyes as you enter the store and the quality of the local produce is just fantastic. The butchers are so knowledgeable and sell absolutely first class and high quality produce. You are spoiled for choice at the deli counter with an array of cheese, pies and now handmade chocolates to name but a few. Local crafts are available for sale and many wonderful weekends for you to enjoy throughout the year like pumpkin picking, pick your own strawberries and local markets and so much more. It’s easy to see why this is one of my very favourite destinations in Staffordshire and a very popular one. Its a fabulous place to explore on foot and on your bike. All of the staff are very friendly, professional and helpful. I would highly recommend!
Excellent stopping off for lunch halfway between the Lakes and London. Well worth the short diversion. Highly recommended. Friendly staff and good quality food . Infinitely better than a motorway service station!
Stopped off to collect supplies for the canal boat and ended up spending two hours here! Kids loved the maze and we all enjoyed the cakes!
Lovely place situated next to canal with friendly staff and good food in large quantities. Service is a shade slow due to its massive popularity. Nice design features on the indoors part of the restaurant in keeping with the location.
What a lovely place to visit...heard about how good it was so went to see for ourselves. Cafe was excellent offering good well priced food...and beware of the fabulous cakes! Service was very good. Shop was well stocked with local produce; meat veg, fruit, alcohol, cheese etc as well as gift & home wear. Also picked 2 punnetts of strawberries...recomend to all!
Second time we have visited the coffee shop!never again. The male staff on duty we found very abrupt. Coffee is the worst we had ever taste, supposed to have been a latte but just wishy-washy brown water. After asking for it to be changed i was made to think it was my fault for asking if they could make it stronger, the replacement not much better. Food a little over priced for what you get, a chicken wrap was one piece of small chicken wrapped with salad and fries as no alternative to the fries £12. 95. Overall a very disappointing lunch with friends.
