Wide range of products and excellent service. Ask for a guy called Andy from trade if you need help, great guy and extremely helpful!

Well stocked. Shame some of the displays are out of sequence. Be careful which bulbs you pick up, different wattage/power on same pegs.

Very disappointed tonight. Went to firstly see an electric fire working. We were going to buy it. The staff were helpful on this department. We then went to the Valspar counter where we were told 2 of the papers we needed colour-matching couldn't be done. I will return when a different member of staff is on the counter though as I feel she is always more helpful. All in all the visit wasn't very successful unfortunately

Went to Stafford B&Q today for lighting for the extension we are having and needed help .
Thank goodness for Sarah nothing was too much trouble for her sorted the bulbs out which would probably have taken us a lot longer, she's one in a million.
