Walking into Stafford Primark is like entering a parallel universe where socks breed freely and coat hangers migrate in herds. I popped in for a £3 T‑shirt and left with 14 candles, a hoodie I don’t remember picking up, and a deep sense of personal growth.nnThe staff deserve medals. I watched one employee calmly refold the same pile of jeans approximately 47 times while a swarm of teenagers undid her life’s work in real time. Inspirational.nnChanging rooms? A psychological thriller. You go in with three items and come out with five, none of which are yours. One curtain didn’t close properly, but honestly, at Primark we’ve all accepted that modesty is optional.nnThe queue was long enough to qualify as a minor pilgrimage, but it moved fast and I bonded with the woman in front of me over our shared confusion about why we were buying yet another pack of pyjamas.nnOverall: chaotic, magical, slightly dangerous. Would absolutely return for more bargains I definitely don’t need.
Terrible customer experience. The manager Lisa, in particular, interacted with me in a manner and with standards considerably lower than one might expect from someone in a customer service position. Given the interactions from today, I will ensure that I never purchase from a Primark store again.
I have been to a few Primark shops and this one is by far my favourite, the store is very clean and tidy and the staff are very friendly and not just the person who served me but another worker who spoke to me and had a very pleasant shirt conversation about a band we have in common made me feel very welcome. Will definitely shop here again.
Plenty off disabled spaces, very competitive on price, I find the food is good quality and better tasting than other supermarkets with a similar name.. Staff are always ready to help, whatever their day is throwing at them.
