The perfect car park if you are going to Leamington for the day or a stay. Easy to find. Right next to the centre. Great value for money. And super safe. Plus there are always spaces. It's been my go-to for the last decade when visiting Leamington Spa

Convenient location, reasonable parking rates £8 for 24 hours and the ability to pay at the machine or via the RingGo app - however, the app only allows you to stay for one 24 hour period with no option to extend....

The location of this car park is excellent, but it’s almost always full, and you often have to drive up to the 6th floor or higher to find a space. The biggest issue is the condition of the stairs—they are extremely dirty with a terrible smell of urine, which is very unpleasant. It desperately needs better maintenance and cleaning.

Decent parking in and around the Parade and parish church area.
