Ideal for kite flying, the wind is usually pretty good up there. Views for ever into the horizon. There's little in the way of amenities up there, so take your own supplies. The weather moves in pretty fast even though you think you've plenty of time.

Peaceful location to go for an easy walk around the hills. Suitable for all levels of ability. Car park is reasonable at £2 for full day. Views are pleasant for this area.

Amazing place, beautiful views and great place for a picnic and active family time.

Great place to blow away a few cobwebs. If it's a nice day, bring a picnic!

Excellent for kites, RC toys and exploring with the kids. Sheep poo comes free.
