As a child, I used to picnic here in the 90s with my Nanna, and Grandad.nI Loved visiting! Good memories nnAfter many years, I visited last week with my own family and a friend.nWe went in the paddling pool, kids went on the park, fair and mini golf.nWe all shared a picnic and later, indulged in the cafes ice cream nnWe all had a lovely day in the beautiful Warwick Park.nCan't wait to visit again
Great park with a lot of fun activities for kids.nVery neat, tidy and well maintained. Ideal for walk specially near the river side.nParking gets full in sunny summer days which is worth of a consideration if driving.nPaid rides closes at 5PM and the cafeteria closes around the same time too!
Beautiful park, with so many facilities. Lovely walks along the river and through the flower gardens. Really good café, and plenty for the children to do too!
This was a lovely park to walk through. It actually is a fair size and it was busy the day I was here. I was on holiday and I enjoyed the colours and variety of flowers. It was also nice to see a heron looking for its tea!! If you visit Warwick I would include a visit to the park it will do you good.
ST Nicolas Park is a spacious and lovely green space that's perfect for a day out with family or friends. The park offers plenty of room for various activities, whether you're looking to play sports, have a picnic, or just enjoy a leisurely walk. The well-maintained lawns and picturesque surroundings make it a delightful place to relax and enjoy nature.nnHowever, the park's biggest drawback is the state of the toilets. They are unfortunately in horrible condition and in desperate need of cleaning and maintenance. It's a shame because it detracts from the overall experience of an otherwise beautiful park.nnIf the management could address the issues with the restrooms, Nicolas Park would undoubtedly be a five-star destination. For now, it's a great place to visit, just be prepared for the less-than-ideal restroom facilities.
