Such a beautiful town and it’s beautiful station. Love the idea of garden at one of its platform. Waiting room, cafe, good service, good staff riverside couple of minutes away and good walk in big park made this station very central and good

This was a brilliant station for both arrival and departure, filled with stylish Georgian architecture! Clocks and frames are included in this era's design, greenery completes the beauty and platforms are appropriately sized for the trains. Departure boards are kept up to date and the staff were very helpful, discussing with the CrossCountry train manager me and my friend catching the service when our train was heavily delayed to meet a connection!

Been to station to ask about Railcard for two.person in ticket office not nice or helpful obviously no customers service skill.just pointed over there form.spoke to other lady who was totally the opposite lovely and helpful .we were there around 11/15

Nice station with plenty of seats, undercover waiting areas and refreshments.nnNote that toilets on Platform 3/4 are limited.

there are 4 platforms. cafe exists. waiting rooms have more than 5 benches. lifts exist. beautiful garden.
