Possibly the most UNHELPFUL doctors in Southend. I have gone back to them multiple times and before I have even finished explaining my symptoms they are telling me I have this or that - none of the doctors sit there and listen to you, or take the time to really care about what's wrong; they're more concerned with seeing as many people as possible without giving a real diagnosis. Having been previously for other issues which I has caused me great concern, I was then advised to book my own appointment at the hospital, however as they didn't find anything wrong that's it, there's no further help - if you wan't to find out what's wrong you better be prepared to book appointment aftre appointment until they take you seriously. I went recently due to worrying about mental health and rather than helping find the route cause or helping find a real diagnosis (is it bipolar etc...) they are prescribing me with antidepressants and sending me on my way without any detail on this pill they are giving me - no wonder mental health is in crisis at the moment, after plucking up the courage to go to the doctors just to be shown the door with a prescription for something I don't even know, I have lost ALL faith after this treatment.

Very good and caring Doctors, Alan wanted a closer Doctor, very caring and good, if this new one don't work out we know where to come. thankyou for your support, sorry Alan wanted closer, more convienient the only reason we changed keep up the good work xx

not too busy and helpful doctors. easy to book appointments and not too crowded.

Always kept waiting. My g.p doesnt listen to me and wont give me the help i need, pretty soon ill end up a cripple and homeless

Ever since the walk in service ended its just became impossible to get an appointment unless you want to book for a fortnight ahead. You are constantly told to ring back later to get an emergency one only to either not be able to get through or to be told they have already gone. The reception staff always seem to be in the middle of a natter when you get there and you generally have to wait for them to finish to ask what you want.
