Phoned for an appointment and recptionist was rude, I know it gets busy in the health centre as I've been a patient since the days of Drs Lee and Brown and this one receptionist is always the same. I did get the appointment but is rather not go through hoops every time I want one.

Such good service from all reception staff. Polite and pleasant when reporting for appointments and anytime help is needed, nothing is too much trouble. Going to the doctors isn't so bad thanks to them!
