Edit: I am registered in this surgery for over 5 years, but still instead of taking feedback seriously they reported me as spam. This really shows their mindset, not really trying to improve peoples health but only caring about themselves.nLet me add here, due to their negligence and refusing providing me. a referral to gastro specialist over many months, I developed stomach cancer which I only discovered because I decided to pay for private doctors and gastroscopy, unfortunately it was too late and most of my stomach had to be removed. I urge you : if you have serious symptoms, and you know they are not normal, DO NOT GO TO THIS SURGERY.nnOriginal review:nI have never written such a bad review, but I believe if this can help 1 person, it will be enough. If you have symptoms that are clearly not OK, do not go to this surgery.. the chances are that while trying to get their help, your whole condition will be worsening, to a point there is no way back :..nreception service is very poor, with people that sadly was not trained to be working with people, let alone people that are sick or need support. Rude, dismissive and quite frankly would not be suitable even if allocated to work with jail inmates.ndoctors do their best, but almost all of them had a very poor education, can barely run basic tests that are pretty standard in modern days. no proper questions, no proper assessment.. they cause more disease and death due to their ignorance than actually improve community health. I'm so sorry for people that do not have other options and have to use this horrible service. If you cannot pay for private care, please look for another GP surgery, there are others that offer a much better and human service, and it is more likely they will be able to support your health journey.. This place is just spreading more disease: avoid if you can.
On Tuesday of this week I had the pleasure of seeing the lovely Dr Asha. To say she was thorough would be an understatement. She was empathetic, kind and genuinely concerned for me. Enough to send me straight to A&E which I was not expecting.nShe gave me enough of her precious time that I was able to explain everything thoroughly without feeling rushed and I’m very grateful to her. Thank you Dr Asha
Just avoid it for your own sake. I try to believe everyone is different. I do not visit this facility often, maybe once a year or less, but there was always a staff member who were in a bad mood or arrogant or just simple rude in the last 5 and a half years . Are these people supposed to be working with patients???? I have not even mentioned the doctors. Thanks God I have never had any major health problems, imagine If I had any occur.
Very rude staff, I called in to ask for link for appointment got directed to their website got told to scroll all the way down- nothing there which I mentioned on a phone that it’s not all the way down and the woman was very passive aggressive on a phone. If you don’t like your job don’t work there. Once I’ve had an appointment involving talking about my mental health, my doctor spoke absolutely no English I’m Polish myself so I should be able to understand them more no chance, couldn’t get a single word from the woman. Every single time I spoke with no accent so she understands better all I got is „huh” absolutely terrible staff and unprofessional!
A fantastic surgery!nnWe welcomed our daughter in September and soon suspected an allergy to certain ingredients within her formula. After a call with 111 and her health deteriorating, we were sent straight to Southend Hospital who were completely incompetent and rude, leaving us with more questions than answers after 12 hours.nnBy the morning we had a call from Valkyrie Surgery who had read our discharge notes and saw the lovely Dr Akram who agreed with our suspicions and escalated our daughter for a blood test and even writing a certificate of bravery. He sat and listened to us and really assured us as new parents - even the receptionist were lovely, very friendly and accommodating.nnI really can’t recommend this surgery enough!nnThank you
