Dreadful service. Cannot even get through at 8 am as advised .told by machine cannot take call . Call back later. Then appointments are gone. Been trying for 3 days.,How do you get to see a doctor??? I'm not doing online. How do old people get on? Should get back to old way. Call when ever you want and get appointment ahead if you want. This way d DOES NOT wORK.!

I do not recommend this Gp for everyone.it is rubbish .their staff are very rude and lairs.they do not give appointments for no reason.my daughter had block nose for 1 week I called them for appointments they told me call 999 I said her situation is not emergency she just had block nose I want doctor to see her maybe something serious but they were very rude with me .but I complained in a hospital I told them everything happened to me.

They hang up on me when I call them, they never have my GP available, the staff are rude and accuse me of the fault whenever they can and they lost my paperwork twice and took 5 weeks to deliver my medical forms to the army, a process I was told would take 2. And they were done by a doctor I've never met, not my GP. Abysmal service.

Three times called from work, wasted 1 and a half hours. Every time i get to number 1 in the queue then put into another queue and then cut off. How are you supposed to contact this surgery? I work and cant just drop in to make an appointment?? Terrible.
