I first became a patient here nearly 3 years ago. I found it was then a efficiently run practice. I had a good and helpful DR. But my doctor left about a year and a half ago, and I believe other doctors(staff)followed her. Since then the surgery has gone down hill fast. The staff as a whole are totally chaotic(bar the 2 main doctors)who don't seem to be there that often .They use a nurse to cover emergency doctor appointments(she doesn't have clue and looks very stressed). I wanted an entry from my medical notes. The manager would never get back to me regarding organising it. I contacted her many times over several months. I even threatened a formal complaint as she mever responded to my emails(it made no difference). I never received what I requested. The over all general condition of the waiting rooms has also deteriorated(dirty ). I would not recommend this place as it stands. I have now moved to another doctors practice. (Fix up Southend Medical Centre).

I would give a zero rate star but there’s no possibility to do so !!!!!!!

Worst customer services i have ever experienced the receptionist middle age english lady was useless and practice manager was even worst, the GPs are very good. but staff are totally clueless. not heplful or friendly. there should be zero star for them. if your from ethenic background i would not recommend them. extremely disappointed.

Highly unmanaged. Reception ladies are just very rude. Very very non cooperative. We come here for health reasons, no one is here for fun. Sad.

I was very nervous going in for intrusive test but was put at ease by very kind and understanding doctors.
