I visited Sprocket as i was recommended by a friend. They are a friendly bike shop in the centre of Birmingham . A little hard to find but you will be glad once you have as this is just how bike shops should be .I only popped in for a browse and a chat but will be returning very soon for a service and for any spares i need. With the influx of many branded bike shops to Birmingham its nice to see an honest bike shop still exists. If you have not yet found Sprocket then you should .The owner Adrian obviously has a real passion for all things bikes and the shop seems well stocked .Looking forward to going back there soon

My bf took his bike in and they did a brilliant job. Fitted a rack and fixed back wheel. This is THE place I would use again and again. Gordon is a brilliant bike mechanic - all knowledgable gents. Adrian is really helpful too. Prices are really good! Would highly recommend.

I had been strugging to source a stem and handlebar set for my old road bike for a while and finally admitted defeat and took it to Sprockets on the advice of a bike shop tech elsewhere. I wish I'd done it straight away! Fixed ahead of time and had a good conversation with Chris who volunteers there.

My front frame was bent.It was quoted at £63 with a new brake and a puncture being fixed, however I got there for collection and he wanted to add £50 more on the top of my bill because he missed to quote the brake. Finally I was charged £70 in total. That prices make more expensive to fix the bike than buying a new one. The shop assistant was friendly at all the times but I did not get a good impression from those procedures -charging more when collected-, to be honest.
