Bought a new bike from this place just before Xmas. I’ve had a couple of issues with it since and on both occasions it has been dealt with in an exemplary fashion with absolutely no questions asked. A good bunch of guys, clearly very knowledgable and passionate about what they do. Would definitely recommend and would buy from them again.

Great service - so knowledgeable and helpful. Really know their products! Thank you for taking the time to make sure that I fully understood all the parts of my new bike (a Brompton) and how to fold it. Have been coming here for about 4 years and always received a great service!

The staff is very professional and they always provide a great service, i keep coming back. Have been to Cycle surgery before where they adjusted breaks, they started rubbing the next day! So I went to On Your Bike and they readjusted them and didnt ask to pay. Was really impressed. Would not service or fix my bikes anywhere else. Five stars.

Just wanted to say a big thanks to the staff at the Birmigham store for all the excellent customer service and support since buying my first of many bikes. Always knowledgable and helpful when I've needed servicing or advice. I've been going back to this store on a regular basis since 2009 and am always happy with the high level of customer service.
