The two guys working in here when I went were very uninterested and rude, with an air of self importance. They faked some interest in a gent looking at the bikes, presume they thought he may buy something. However when he politely said he was just browsing the shop assistant quickly riverted to his condicending attitude. No hello or bye. I will avoid in future!

Can only really echo what has been said below, some of the worst customer service imaginable. I think it was the manager I was speaking to (grey hair, in his 50's), so unhelpful, was a complete misery as well as patronising. I can't believe with all this negative feedback that this guy still has a job! Also warning to potential new Evans customers, Pinnacle is their own brand and are of absolute terrible quality. The staff will always try and sell you one of these turds, so either get any other brand, or walk out and go to an independent bike shop.

Appalling service. I have just walked out leaving a potential purchase of over £100. No one to serve 3 waiting customers. One staff member had a half hearted attempt to find someone. No one available. Dreadful. everyone

I recently purchased a couple of bits of winter clothing and a joe blow pump, which was more impulse than a planned purchase. Bought it home left it for a week, went to pump up bike yesterday and realised the head for the presta valve was missing... having spent a couple of grand at this store over summer I was told that the pump had left the store with that fitting on it.. now considering my car was outside the store and the distance is 3m unlikely I could have lost it and tried to explain to the manager that it was most likely not on there when I purchased it. I was told that I should go and order one from the manufacturer. It’s actually not even about the part, more about the principle of customer service. They’ve certainly lost my custom.
