Excellent customer service ! Have used this store a few times now and every time the service they have given has been exceptional. The staff are really helpful, knowledgeable and take the time to explain things. Would recommend these guys every time.

Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. The quickest repairs on the planet, usually the same day. Can't recommend them enough, if you have bike issues, Cycle republic will get it sorted.. Quick repairs = more time to ride..

I do hope management read this as the team at Cycle Republic Birmingham were outstanding and an absolute joy to deal with! Big shout out to Duty manager Richard who was knowledgeable, kind, polite and he and also Luke who opened up late and stayed over an hour extra!!!! just so I could collect my beloved new hybrid. I was not rushed and felt really at ease with these very experienced bike people! Its worth battling through the city centre and its now my go to place. I cannot thank them enough after having a very poor experience with another major bike retailer they have come to my rescue! Perfect service could not have been any better and I will be telling EVERYONE about it! Richard also rocks a fantastic beard! I hope this review is not in vain and they get the accolade they deserve!

Huge thank you to the guys at Cycle Republic Birmingham. After a disastrous commute forgetting my helmet on the ride in this morning, they've lent me a beautiful one for my commute going home in the dark tonight. Thank you guys for ensuring I get home safely tonight; really appreciate it!!!

What a RUDE staff and POOR service!! My boyfriend brought my bike about two weeks ago to fix the gears and breaks and after the service were still not working properly. I popped in today to the shop to explain the problem again. Staff had faces like I have no idea what I’m talking about. First insinuating that they don’t remember fixing this bike ( like I brought another bike for them to fix), then that I probably don’t know how to change the gears and for ”goodbye” I get sweet: ”we didn’t understand what’s on because of the language barrier”. Oh ok! Didn’t know that my English is so poor! Still not happy with my bike...
