Great service, I took my bike to Halfords to get fixed and they where going to charge me £70. I came across grove cycles on my way home and walked in. The guy on the counter quickly checked my bike even though he was very busy and I was in and out in ten minutes with my bike fixed like it was brand new and it only cost me £15! Highly recommend. Customer for life

Grove cycles are great. I ordered an expensive bike which they gave me a discount for as I was a first time buyer and I really cannot fault their service. Staff were really helpful and assisted with everything from set up to accessories. I have been back several times and always received the same great level of service. I was due to ride the 100 and discovered a flat and hole in my tyre the day before. The staff were amazing and fitted the new tyres for me even though it was after closing time. They didn't charge me anything other than the product cost. Aftercare was brilliant. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Definitely care for customers. :)

Bought a bike from them.. they didnt told me some problems this bike had.. so this led to have more problems for my bike.. waste of money.

bought new mountain bike to use cycling around sandwell valley . got 1 year guarantee included . matinence and accessory fitting has been done without any labour charge. accessory prices are similar to online shop prices.
