Very good service when shopping at sports direct yesterday I had literally given up with Peckham so it was really nice to experience would also like to say a special thank you to the staff , Richard , jack and the blonde haired lady at the till. Good work guys keep it up.
Ridiculous - the store manager here is the rudest person I have ever seen in my history of customer service. Absolutely zero decorum and no idea what the words service, sales or customer means. They sold me the wrong thing and I came back and it was clear it was wrong but she would refuse to refund the second item ... cut the story short by directly from the fitness company, amazon or find a suitable alternative - their products are no 0 value for money and doesn’t help that their store managers don’t know how to resolve complaints or conflicts. Not at all impressed.
They forgot to pack one of the items in my basket - when I returned, they had closed early.
Went in today 1/12/17, and the service was so bad. I've never seen it that bad before. Literally every customer was complaining as well as myself. One worker went to find a trainer size for me. After waiting 10 minutes he came back out with no trainer and went and help a different customer. Never said a word to me until I went to him to find out where's my trainer was! His reply was 'yh, I'll deal with u next'! No apology nothing. I had to make a complaint, although none of them looked like they gave a damn, so I doubt they will improve. Prices are okay but the place cramp and hard to manoeuvre around if you are disabled.
Rude ignorant staff!! Waited there 20 mints to be served too lazy to help, they need to close down.

No one answers the phone in store. Customer service won't answer their phone. Customer services won't respond to emails. Webchat function on their site is non existent. Won't respond to emails. Shoes take over a week to be delivered. Absolute joke of a company
