I had the heels and soles replaced on my boots and they look better than they did when they were brand new! He thoroughly cleaned them for me as well and I can't believe how good they look. I'm very happy with this service and will definitely be taking all my shoes here for repairs in the future.
Couldn’t believe the quality of finish on my repaired shoes. The soles had almost completely fallen away after aggressively dancing at a wedding. Glyn renewed them and now they look like a brand new pair of shoes.
Glyn was fantastic, repaired a fauz-leather satchel with a quick turn around of 2 days and a great repair. Would recommend.
Beautiful work by Glyn. I brought in a pair of leather boots, having worn the sole all the way down. He replaced both leather soles, polished my boots and returned them within a week looking brand new! They're impeccable, and I couldn't be more grateful.
Years ago we used to get our shoes fixed here, and they did a great job. These days sadly it is often cheaper to just buy new shoes, though maybe that's us buying cheap shoes. Now we mainly get keys cut here, and they do a good job, at a good price for that also. Bizarre thing on my last visit, a cat asleep behind the counter. It did not even twitch when the key cutting machine fired up!
Excellent job, quick turnaround and friendly staff. Fixed the heal which has preciously fallen off and now looks even better than before and nice and polished! Will go again!
just love that i have this amazing shoe repairing shop in my neighbourhood. needed to resole a pair of pretty worn boots and a pair of new shoes with soft leather soles, and got both back looking absolutely gorgeous!
I broke the heel on my boot a year ago, i couldnt find anyone to fix it and i didnt want to throw them away. Glyn fixed it without any issues and they look as good as new
Super helpful and friendly service, usually get house keys cut for years. Had a scuff on an expensive pair of Adidas - Glyn sorted it, thank God i’m well chuffed
I’ve been coming to Lilly Raes for years to get my shoes repaired. Glen has repaired all sorts for me from work shoes to cowboy boots and trainers. Here is a pair of trainers I had recently re-soled and one had the heel fixed inside. I’ve always found the price is fair and would recommend our local cobbler over buying new footwear.
