I purchased a beef brisket joint which was of poor quality this morning. I tried to return it as per my consumer rights, however I was met with disgraceful service at this store. When I requested to speak to a manager, the duty manager Titilayo, arrived in a confrontational manner. She was extremely rude and abrasive. I explained that I had just purchased the item and wanted to return it. She refused to listen and was adamant that it could not be returned, even though their policy states that it can be within 20 minutes as long as you have the receipt. I had the receipt and proof that it had been less than 20 minutes and they still refused to refund the item. I am incredibly distressed by the lack of customer care and adherence to their own policy. I will no longer be shopping at this store.
Really quite upset to be physically abused by the security for trying to to shop at a store I use well for entering 8 minutes before they close. Called the police as it was far too violent . Whatever you do take care here , the security are obviously not licensed.
Five stars for the lady working on till 19 on November 28th at roughly 11.40am. Unfortunately did not get her name but she was so lovely and friendly. My mother was trying to get her money out of her purse and was taking a while. The lady said no don't worry take your time.nSo lovely, not all staff in stores would be that understanding or patient. While packing shopping I noticed she was being so lovely with the other customers too. As someone who appreciates good customer service l feel she needs praising. Also loving the new layout of the store
Interesting my review came up as refused to publish so I have edited it to be seen. says a lot about you as a store and company.nnThe store itself has been done up nicely and much nicer in layout now. However it was not nice to be served by Noreen on till 21 today. She barely looked up while serving any customer. She even gave the gentleman in front of us a dirty look and he, from what I saw, didn't say or do anything that deserved that look. We were next and she didn't say anything to us but was talking to someone, seemed like the lady on the next till but could be anyone, via a device throughout the whole transaction. Very rude, not just by talking to someone else while serving but not even greeting customers and barely looking up while serving. I have had better experiences with staff here and I expected better from Noreen as wellnn*also I do not want to contact you via social media, WhatsApp etc so do what others do and have other, more traditional, ways of contacting you*
The staff at the Tesco car wash were unbelievably rude. They take up multiple parking spaces and refused to let me park in the area shown in the images. They even approached me as a group and forced me to move my car. There are no clear signs stating that parking is restricted, yet they act as if they own the space and do not allow anyone to park there.
