I was very impressed with my shopping experience at Marks & Spencer this morning. In a rush on my way to work I wanted to pick up two magnum bottles of wine. Due to their size and weight I requested a carton carrier. Unfortunately there was not one to hand at the till area. In most situations now a days the customer given a flipen "sorry we've run out" and you're left to move on. This morning a Stephen took the the time to seek out a carrier from another section of the store. This was very much appreciated as I had a long journey into the city. Keep up the good work M&S staff helpful good customer service is hard to find. P0

Most staff are wonderful except for one lady and one gentleman. They are not lady or gentleman. I have been going for almost 27 years and service have improve so much quality of the foods a the best..

Some beautiful pieces, clothing that is , rich in colour, lovely embroidered hand bags, some beautiful colours in wider fit shoes, which is nice and stylish , didn't get what I wanted but still very interesting.

Staff always very polite and smily.typical M&S selling clothes food drinks and regular weekly offers.
