Nice shop on two floors, located next to few shops more with many sales and offers. Never seen extremely packed, so should be fine getting there anytime. The only thing I didn't quite like was the staff: part of them seemed not caring about the line of customers waiting for them helping and I found things bit slow, expecially because I needed to try shoes. I hope it will improve.

Went to purchave tennis records and saw empty cases that I wanted to purchase. There were a few empty cases to get told they're not for purchase unless you buy the actual records for them. If the cases are empty where are the records then. Asked manager with specs if I could purchase case she was rude and unhelpful. Don't waste money here go to decathlon, more helpful staff and more in stock

This place is a joke its like a school playground the employees are little kids , i was trying check out a football by bouncing it this little girl radios security to come chat to me wot a bloody joke management must be to for employing children lol
