Avoid if possible!!

I visited here on a few occasions and it's been one cock up after another.
Waits  up to three weeks to see someone!
Payment system is shambolic to say the least, losing card details then immediately after some random jumped up obnoxious arrogant  little scrote calls demanding you give personal card details to him  via the phone even though you've securely scanned your card at reception??
With idiots like this working for them it says a lot!!(you don't this if your ill)
Waits of up to an hour over your appointment time which is to be expected if it's the busy NHS but not private.
Facilities sub standard-example being just one toilet for all the waiting areas.
What's the point in paying private?

Had a inguinal hernia operation and can not emphasise enough how grateful I am with the whole process.From the moment of my admission I have encountered professionalism and kindness from the staff. There must be clear protocols that are followed. Triple checks all throughout confirming my identity and the coming procedure gave me confedence. Thank you for taking great care of me👍

Having a knee replacement over the weekend at Methley can I say what a magnificent staff they have.Nothing and I mean nothing was too much trouble.Odd thing to say but I cant wait too get the other knee done.
