Booked a consultation with spinal consultant in December, left waiting 1hr was eventually seen for 10 minutes referell made to Leeds. rang last week to request copy of letter still Waitng nothing arrived. Staff not willing to do anything very lack-lustre, not profesional at all. Quick to take your money.

Despicable treatment from the MRI nurse. No name given to me, has she not heard of the "my name is" campaign that Dr Kate Granger worked so hard for the medical profession to adopt. the "nurse" spoke very sharply to me. I am paying for your time and this appointment and this is not how I expect to be treated. There was no explanation as to what was going to happen, except the ear plugs give with the ear defenders, there was no warning when she would leave the room, just the closing of the door. All in all a terrible experience. It will be Elland hospital for me next time. Also a clean and ironed uniform would not go amiss. A dreadful experience. Spare yourselves from this and go elsewhere.

Hello, My wife had an appointment at 10.15 on the 10 th of November at the Maxillofacial department at Huddersfield Royal infirmary, after the consultation with Mr Dharmar and to our amazement we were told a slot had been found that very day to perform the minor surgery that had been explained to me wife. She reported back at 11.00 a.m and had the operation done,and were on our way home by 12.30, we cannot thank Mr Dharmar and his team of skilled surgeons and nurses enough. A very professional team working for the wonderful News N.H.S, kindest regards.....Peter J. O'Neill.

Had an operation (10.8.17) and stayed over night on the ward ..the members of staff are all amazing and I cannot praise enough the care I got all so caring friendly and totally dedicated ....an absolute credit to the hospital even the lady from the kitchen was helpful and caring ..Thank you guys you're all stars x

My wife received treatment here through her GP and NHS...............I cannot praise all the employees enough from reception to catering to medical staff.......if only all NHS treatment in the country was like this.
