I will always be grateful to Spencer and the team for their help in choosing my wife's engagement ring a number of years ago. Since then, I have also bought the wedding band and eternity ring from the team. Spencer Morgan and the team are so helpful, kind and patient, all the traits you need when you need to decide the perfect ring for a loved one. Spencer Morgan is a family run business, something that you don't see much of these days. You can go to your big companies with a number of stores around the UK, but you won't get the experience and knowledge that the guys have here. Today I needed to drop my wedding band in to be reshaped got caught between a door and my wife's rings in to be cleaned. Dorian was more than happy to help, as always. This is why we continue to go back to Spencer Morgan. You will leave feeling excited, well looked after and safe in the knowledge that what you have purchased will be of the highest quality!! Highly, highly recommended!!!!!
***Best Jewellers in Swansea *** Spencer Morgan Jewellers are fantastic, don't go anywhere else! I've been visiting Spencer Morgan for at least 10 years. The attention to detail, customer service, kindness and patience they have is incredible. They are a family run business which is rare in todays age and they care so much about their customers and always make time to have a chat. The Jewellery is stunning and top quality, the knowledge the staff have is next to none. Most Jewellers I've found don't make repairs, however Spencer Morgan do. They can make an old ring which hasn't been worn in 30 years look brand new! Magical stuff! Don't trust anyone else, go to Spencer Morgan!!

Amazing service and experience!!! I went there today Christmas eve on the off chance I could get my wedding ring downsized. I was expecting to depart with my ring for a short period possibly into the new year, however I was seen very quickly and they did it in 10 minutes, in that time they also polished the ring. My ring looks brand new and fits beautifully now. Honestly I'm blown away by these guys. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Service absolutely second to none. I would highly recommend Spencer Morgan for this service. Thank you.
My daughter and son in law took a precious damaged ring for repair on my behalf and I can’t say how pleased I am with the result. They replaced two small emeralds and repaired the tiny settings which looked like an impossible task. I am so delighted to have the ring back as it was a special gift from my husband who passed away last year and I damaged it by falling down the stairs in October. Not to be recommended. Amazing! I contacted Spencer to ask to repair a necklace, it needed a few new clasps and a very good clean. He got back to me very quickly with a estimate price and said to drop it into the shop when I could. I dropped it in at my own convenience a few days later and it was fixed and absolutely like brand new within a couple of hours it was such a speedy response. I am extremely impressed and plan to use shop for all future jewellery needs. The staff were lovely and very helpful. Wonderful to have such a great experience. Thanks all, until next time :
Last year I took my mothers engagement ring in to be repaired and resized by Spencer Morgan. He did such an incredible job so I took in her wedding band with engraving on the inside. I was nervous to potentially lose the engraving, but Spencer personally reassured me that everything would be fine. The service time was quick and he did an amazing job at taking care of my family heirlooms. He also polished up and fixed a clasp on my other ring while I was there. The staff and Spencer are so kind and caring and fully understanding of how sentimental the jewellery is to me. I cannot recommend him enough and I’ll never take my jewellery anywhere else. Thank you again Spencer, your kindness and generosity has not gone unnoticed.
It's fantastic ! I am thrilled with the repair of my ring. I had to have new claws, and the stones reset. It looks like new . The service was amazing. The assistants were so professional, friendly and caring, and the workmanship was brilliant. It really does look like a new ring. Thank you so much. Spencer and the staff are absolutely amazing, quality on jewellery is amazing, you know your buying quality items when investing in a piece from Spencer. The life time service they provide is amazing, nothing is ever too much, always nice to be greeted with a welcoming smile and knowing that everyone there is as passionate as the other shows. Will be sending my husband in for earrings for me and know you will guide him so his wife is happy. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommended.
My family have been using Spencer Morgan’s for years. They are the best - best products, craftsmanship and customer service. They recently restored a gold charm bracelet my late Grandmother gave and with such care and attention. It was beautifully transformed. They always go the extra mile and take such pride in their work. Highly recommend!
