I needed a new strap for my watch, the owner was a proper gentleman. He polished the glass and chrome on my watch free of charge. I will definitely go back , highly recommended

It was 7 years ago I walked into his shop and since then we have developed a true friendship, Natik is an extremely polite fellow,  truthful, honest and a gentleman. I have bought so many items, from him I have lost count, his prices competitive and better than anywhere. My last Rolex was on his recommendation. I have had it serviced and there were NO issues. If you are in the City Centre visit MIDAS TOUCH and you will NOT be disappointed. Highly Recommended. Dr S Latif

1 star is way to much. This guys a thief, charged me £375 to service a Rolex, turns out it hadn’t been serviced. I contacted the people he claimed he had sent it to and they clarified it had never been there. I sent it to them direct and they could clearly see it hasn’t been serviced for a number of years. Turns out it was in his safe for 4 weeks he just polished it and give it back to me. In the process of going to small claims court. It’s not the money it’s the principal, he’s a clever guy, very sharp but not as sharp as me

Mr Natik is a thorough gentleman, polite, well mannered and highly respectful. His shop is one of the main attractions in an otherwise dead city centre. I bought jewellery from him and his dealing was flawless. Reasonable prices, genuine products and a very nice man indeed. Highly recommended.

Never been so insulated after going to this jewellers shop. Went in to enquire about a neck chain for my son's birthday. While waiting a lady came to the door and asked if she could come in without a face mask the gentleman said yes so I asked him if I can take mine off . He paused and then said yes and then said you can go to the other shop. I did say to the gentleman on the why out .you don't want my custom and I feel very insulted by his manner .. il never go there again shame
