Absolutely appalling staff. Spent a lot of money there. One ring was too big. Hadn’t wore it. Took it back only to be told it’s 16 days for refund or exchange regardless that I’d never worn it. It was a gift for my wedding I bought it 2 weeks before the wedding and took it back a week after. The manger was shocking with disgusting remarks. Never ever will I go again
Horrendous customer service from rude staff, bought a ring set for my neice for Xmas that my neice decided wasn't really her style. Took it back to store for a refund only to he advised they don't do refunds, I asked how to make a complaint as we weren't told they don't offer refunds when making the purchase, a member of staff snaps that they dint have to tell us about that when making a purchase and it's written in the back of the receipt. I pointed out that you have to make a purchase tk get a recipe and after checking the back of mine it does not state no refunds will be taking them to trading standards.
Really rude staff. I came in for a browse a few days ago, I was looking for a necklace but wasn’t 100% sure what I wanted. I asked to try a few on that I liked. The staff member huffed and puffed as if it was a big effort for them to literally do their job. After trying them on, I said I would have a think about it as I had a few other places I wanted to browse before purchasing. The lady rolled her eyes at me and abruptly said “well we close at 5:30”. Shame as I really liked one of the necklaces but begrudge giving this store my money after this. Will be shopping elsewhere.

Quite a lot of bad reviews on here.. I wonder why basically last Monday 14th August 23 I purchased a halo ring for £29 to match the halo jewellery I bought recently for my daughter’s wedding this coming Monday 21st August 23. When I got home I told my daughter that I’d purchased the matching ring and she said.. mam I’ve bought you the ring as a present and it was meant to be a surprise. Anyway 3 days later Thursday 17th August 23 I took the ring I’d purchased and explained to the woman. NO REFUNDS JUST A CREDIT NOTE I asked where does it say NO REFUNDS & she couldn’t find ANYWHERE on the receipt that said NO REFUNDS!!!!! She pointed to a small frame on the side wall explaining some things but it didn’t say… NO REFUNDS I did tell her that I’d be getting in touch with trading standards & putting up a bad review but she politely did say .. have a nice day . I’m fed up of these shops that make up their own rules to suit. I told her she should have said at point of sale.. NO REFUNDS!!!!! I’ve contacted trading standards & they are ringing me back today.. if I could give ZERO STARS I WOULD I’ve googled WARREN JAMES and if you buy off their website you can get a refund
I’m a regular jewellery buyer and I’ve spent thousands with both Ramsdens and Gold Reserves in Swansea. I wouldn’t say I’ve visited your shop in Swansea that regular, but Jewellery is a considered purchase, I’m not buying a pint of milk. I entered your shop today and was told “you’ve tried all the bracelets on, so there is no point trying them on as you need a 10 inch bracelet”I own a few gold and silver bracelets and the maximum size I’ve needed is a 9 inch bracelet, anyhow it would be difficult to purchase a 10 inch bracelet, unless it was an ankle bracelet. The assistant who claimed to be the manager, then told me “we are closing in 10 minutes anyway “”, This is not acceptable customer service, I felt I was being barred. Your immediate competition selling new silver is Ramsdens, where I get five star service from Tracy the boss. Im a very reasonable, fair person and to be honest Warren James doesn’t even deserve a 1 star rating.
Don't buy ear rings from Warren James Swansea. The silver £22 large hoops I bought dont stay in your ears they drop out all the time and they refuse to refund. They rudely repeat over and over "It is our policy we dont change ear rings". enen though they clearly have a fault.
The jewellery here is beautiful and reasonably priced. I bought a bracelet a while ago and the clasp was faulty. Warren James does not repair jewellery so I took it to Swansea Market and had it fixed.
I like those earrings I said Are they gold? " Yes, they're rolled gold." That's not really gold, is it? But they're nice. Like little wax tears dripping from your ears because they're sad. Don't cry, ears! You're on the side of a lovely head!
Very poor/ rude service. Make you feel like they don’t want you in the shop
