Called in to the Swansea market shop to get my swivel ring valued for scrap as it was broken. Was greeted by Victoria who gave me a valuation and we spoke about the cost of a repair. I opted for a repair quote. I was given all the information needed to reach an informed decision, The ring was sent to be inspected, i recived a text message a few days later with the price. I agreed the work. A few days later another Text to say the ring was ready to be collected. Called in and was again greeted by Victoria, she showed me the repaired ring and i was very happy. All done in less than a week! Ring was repaired and polished and as good as new. Absolutely brilliant customer service and very very reasonable cost for repair. Thank you Gold Reserves and Thank you Victoria for your help.

Just called in to see what price i would have for some jewellery. I was surprised in what was offered, it was an acceptable figure for the day. Customer service was very good and courteous. Shall consider going there in the future.
Came in today with a Welsh Gold and silver piece and asked to get I valued. I mustn’t have mentioned that I knew it was Welsh Gold as the lady who served me valued it and told me that the silver was the only thing of value and offered me £5!!! Please do not get anything valued or sold here they are clearly trying to rob people blind!
Amazing service from Victoria at Swansea Gold Reserves, even though the stall was busy we were never rushed. We had a few bits and bobs of gold and were given a tremendous deal to sell it. Very Happy, Thank you Victoria.
I got my 1st price at Gold Reserves situated at Swansea market, Kay was helpful and supportive of my decision to get a comparative price from other buyers. I got 2 further prices which were no match on Kay’s offer so needless to say I sold my items to her. Thank you Kay for a professional service and what I conclude to be a very fair price.

I took in quite a few items of gold and silver jewellery to get tested and possibly sell. Victoria was very helpful, kind and patient and went through each item, telling me what it was made from and how much they would pay me. I decided to sell the chain I’d taken in but keep the other items. I was not made to feel bad in any way about not selling the other items and was clearly told that I was under no obligation to sell my chain either if I wanted to take it away and think about it. I had an excellent experience here and will definitely go back again and would recommend them and Victoria to anyone. Thank you
I visited here and met Kay I had some jewellery to sell , Kay gave me a fantastic price and her and her colleague gave me some really honest advice about one ring which they thought could be quite valuable, I also purchased a bracelet whilst I was there , going back shortly for a necklace , see you soon.
