Excellent service today, called in to see if he could repair a braclet, very friendly gentleman, repaired done in about 10 min, originally took my bracelet to Samuel's where I purchased it from and they said they would need to send it away for an estimate which could take weeks. Would recommend forever gold to anyone. Thank you forever gold.
What a lovely man, and so knowledgeable and approachable. He 'shortened' my gold bracelet to the perfect size, whilst I waited. He will definitely be my 'go to' place in the future. Very pleased.

Polite, helpful and professional service, making my ring adjustment good value for money too.
