Love this store. I have used it for years. I bought my wife's engagement ring here, both our wedding rings, jewellery for my wife from time to time. So when our first born daughter arrived this year my wife finally let me treat myself to a luxury watch to commemorate her birth. There was no doubt in my mind where I would go for this, and the very knowledgeable Kate helped me to choose the right watch for me. I ended up buying a Breitling Night Mission Avenger and added a black Breitling rubber strap to finish it off. Have always had great experiences at this store, everyone here has always been so helpful, from figuring out ring sizes on the quiet to aiding me in choosing the right watch for me. Would and will recommend this store to anyone 100%.

Dylan provided excellent customer service and even offered refreshments. Bought a Tissot watch from them at their swansea store and Dylan handled the sale with care and attentiveness. Love the new watch!

Walked in for a look, got chatting and no pressure to buy, spoke to the fab staff and brought a gorgeous Brietling. Adjusted and set on my wrist, great staff and fab service. Thank you.

I'll like to say a big thank you to Jonathan and Kate been visiting this store for a while now trying on different watches to decide which one is for me and Jonathan has been great since day one and Kate being so helpful and talking about how to work the omega aqua terra I couldn't thank you both enough been great service by you both definitely recommended to anyone that sees this

I would 100% recommend going instore instead of shopping online. From the moment we arrived Julie was super helpful making sure we were happy with our purchase. My fiancé's ring was too small so Julie reordered that for us and matched the online deal that we saw. When we returned to pick it up she remembered us and made us feel very valued, she even went out of her way to polish my engagement ring that we purchased from there to maintain its sparkle. We would definitely return instore when we're looking to buy more jewellery.

I’ve had an appalling experience with Ernest Jones. Ordered a watch as a gift. Then it got cancelled with 2 working days to go due to a potential stock issue. How can a large company be this inept. They took payment immediately then when I’ve asked for a refund have been told it’ll take up to 10 working days. I am happy to quote the order number in the case they challenge this experience  I’m only giving 1 star because I can’t give less.

Historically I have always bought my watches from Goldsmiths in Cardiff as Ernest Jones Swansea didn’t stock Tudors  the time, which is my favourite brand. However after building up a relationship with Julie I was made aware that they would be stocking Tudors. Over the past 12-18 months I have always popped in to have a chap with her and she ‘always’ had time to chat and discuss various watches. This relationship paid dividends for me today and I was ecstatic to a call from her to be one of the first people in the country to have a Tudor black bay 54. The watch is incredible and Julie and the rest of the team are always professional, helpful and willing to go the extra mile. A superb company I would 100% recommend them for any watch or jewellery purchase

Popped into the store yesterday as I was struggling to get the date on my watch set. I made it clear from the start I wasn't buying anything and Kate who helped me could not have been better. She not only sorted my watch but went through all of its functions and was in no rush at all. First class service and I shall return, to spend next time!

Julie was absolutely brilliant at helping me remake some stolen jewelry from very grainy pics. Even accommodated my fussiness. Couldn't thank her and the staff at Swansea Ernest Jones enough Praveen
