I am a regular customer at H Samuel Ltd, Oxford Street, Swansea and i thought that i must post a review regarding the excellent service i always get. There are two members of staff who never fail to impress and no task is too much and they are Renna and Nigel. They always make every effort to make me feel special and their product knowledge is priceless.   I popped into this store last week just for some information and came out having purchased a charity bear. It was money for a good cause as explained by the staff and a cracking gift for my granddaughter. I can not praise them enough!

I'll just start by saying that the staff are lovely, very friendly and always happy to help. However, the levels of service at a higher level leave a lot to be desired. Had 2 rings in for what to my mind were very simple repairs, and took almost 2 months to get them back! As if this is not frustrating enough, it took 3 attempted visits to the store to collect my rings: 1st time they were 'Closed for Maintenance' and the 2nd time they were 'Closed for Lunch' right in the middle of the day. Maybe this would be OK for a small independent shop, but for a large high street retailer, I don't think that it's acceptable for this to be the case.

Good selection of jewellery on offer at this popular city centre store. Great for buying for loved ones on special occasions.  Centrally located with friendly, helpful staff who are knowledgeable about all aspects of the jewellery business.  Prices range from moderate to expensive, you will be able to find gifts to suit any budget.

Great service and had just what I was looking for also the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Disgusting service. Sold a faulty ring and forced to claim on insurance purchased to fix it. Told the damage was cause by me when I have photos showing otherwise. Assistant managed Reena and sour faced Sara provide disgusting service and attitude including laughing at me when I left the store. Tried to complain to customer service who provided mucb the same service as the store. Will never purchase from them again and would advise anyone of the same.

Nice jewellery....staff are great can't help enough...and I grabbed a bargain...as there was buy 1 get 1 half price so ended up with 2 barclets..
