Was looking to buy a crown accessory staff was rude and sarcastically told staff to try the paper ones at Burger King across the street from Swansea location! I would have preferred a professional no sorry we don't have that product! Then staff laughed obnoxiuosly with two friends she was visiting with while on shift which again is unprofessional and should be done on her own time. Staff needs to learn proper customer service skills and to grow up to keep potential customers.
They pierced my grandaughters ears her first time ,very friendly helpfull staff,very professional my grandaughter was chuffed and no tears.
Leaving this review purely for the staff. Welcomed us in early none the less as we were waiting outside so the lovely manager opened the doors for us Talkative and spoke to my daughter like a human asked her about herself and took an interest. Even gave us some local information on places to visit. Credit to the retail sector this lady needs a pay rise!

EXCELLENT STAFF!!!! I took my 6yr old to have her ears pierced here today and they were fantastic! Social distancing was in place, the work station was very clean, and the piercing chair was covered with paper. Staff took the time to explain what they were going to do, why they were going to do it, and how to look after the piercing. They explained all this directly to my daughter instead of just speaking to me. The staff member spoke to my daughter the entire time which helped settled her nerves, she came away beaming and said she felt like a grown up. No tears at all, and she even got a lollipop! Couldnt have gone better. Excellent service. Will highly recommend the Swansea store for an ear piercing and will be returning again and again in the future.
Took our daughter to get her ears pierced today. Girls were brilliant there. Didn’t have to wait more than 5 minutes the lady explained everything made sure we were happy with the placement of the piercing. Very hygienic and quick couldn’t ask for better service or person to do the piercing.

I went to get my ears pierced this afternoon at Claire's in Swansea and although I was nervous the staff there were excellent at calming my nerves. Bonnie and Sian were very kind and professional and made me feel completely at ease. I would definitely recommend to anyone!
My daughter age 6 woke up saturday morning and asked to get her ears pierced. I went to a hair dresser in town in the morning but she got to scared and we went home. After arriving home she changed her mind so I took her up to claires swansea by 3.45 pm. The lady booked us in for 4pm but was ready 5 minutes after arriving. The lady explained everything to me, I sat my 6yo in the chair. She pulled out a beautifully displayed box of yearlings to choose from and went through the different kinds of metals and pricing. My 6yo chose a beautiful blue flower ear ring which cost £35 with free piercing. More expensive than I'd have liked mid range. She cleaned measured and marked her ears while maintaining a good level of small talk to my 6yo. Checked for symmetry and done a final check with myself. She called over her colleague who also picked up a gun. They both held them very discretely as to not alarm my 6yo, gave the count of three, then bang! It was done. I would highly recommend using this shop again to anyone who is anxious about having a ear piercing. Great service
Youngest child wanted her ears pierced. Claire's was the obvious place to go. Staff were really friendly, really reassuring for her. Really recommend for ear piercing.
