Visited years ago w my daughter. They were so accommodating, greeting us w champagne and Shirley cocktail. Breakfast was top notch. The rooms were great, and we loved the little bar downstairs. Perfect quaint and quiet spot in the middle of Kensington. Def more couple oriented but just me and my 8 yo. They were still so welcoming.Rooms: 5/5

Wow!!! We do not usually stay at fancy places like this but decided to splurge and this was absolutely an overwhelming experience. Great, friendly atmosphere and service. Location is great as it’s right across the street from Hyde Park and Kensington Palace. Easy walk to Buckingham Palace and Westminster Abbey/Big Ben. We had afternoon tea which was a first for us. Really neat. The restaurant was excellent. Cheesecake was out of this world. It is expensive but highly recommend.
Fabulous! Such a wonderful welcome from the Doorman. And the best vegan breakfast I’ve had in a hotel the chef used the best tasting vegan products and even made tofu scramble!, along with great service from the waiter. All the staff are amazing! I had an amazing first time experience staying at this wonderful hotel. Every staff member is polite, friendly and courteous. We got top notch service and the english breakfast was amazing!!! Me and my wife are both vegan and they had a full English breakfast and it was one of the best meals ive had in a long time. The staff make you feel.comfortable and at ease. My absolute favorite staff member was the doorman Steve he was just a great guy had some really fun banter and shared some jokes and laughs. Amazing experience I highly recommend you stay at this hotel
Didn't stay in a room, just went to the bar with a friend, but the drinks and food were amazing! I recommend the chicken club sandwich as a real highlight, the scrambled eggs are freshly made and the snacks we got gave a great selection that were all very morish. The service was impeccable both the gentlemen, Christian and Angelo, who served us were polite and new the menu very well. I believe it was Angelo who recommended I try theOld Fashioned cocktail and that is the best one I've ever had, well worth the price. All in all a great place to go even for a drink and a bite to eat, you might want to save up a bit first as the price is high but the food, drinks and service are well worth it!

Adding to the luxury were the unique services offered by the hotel, such as the 24-hour complimentary shoe cleaning service, ensuring we were always looking our best, and the round-the-clock room service that catered to all our needs, regardless of the hour. The hotel's restaurant was another major highlight. We were treated to an amazing breakfast that truly set the standard for dining excellence. The quality of the food, combined with the lovely atmosphere of the restaurant, made for an unforgettable dining experience. This hotel is definitely not a kid friendly! If you are coming with kids under 5 years old , this is definitely not the one , we booked a suite with our only daughter who is 4 years old and asked for extra bed in the room and never received it plus the main problem they kept complaining about our daughter playing and kept asking to keep her silent from day one , even though they knew we came from USA and with the big time Difference she wont be sleeping at 8pm , not that only they asked not to let her play in her in the room because she is bothering the rooms around her and believe me she was just normally playing with her toys and with us , and one day we had to keep her in bed for 12 hours and gave her melatonin just to let the day go without they calling the room to ask to keep her quite!! imagine if u having a newborn and u can’t control his crying! They made our first experience in london very bad and bothered us , we used to travel all over the Europe and USA with our daughter and never had this problem ever ! Anyway DONT RECOMMEND THIS hotel to an enemy . Couldn’t wait to check out from this hotel , the one star is because there is no zero star option .
