I just had my first session with Ryan and it was absolutely amazing!nHe explained all the new machines/set up very thoroughly and created a very curated workout plan for my self.nThe gym is clean, well managed and the crowd is decent as well.nWould  recommend!

If you’re new to the gym or struggle with anxiety, I honestly highly recommend this place. I’ve never been so impressed with a gym in my life, and that’s all down to Lewis.nI recently visited to view the gym and am planning to take out a membership in the next day-or-so. I was deeply impressed with the staff here.nn1 Customer service and comparisons:nI’ve been a member at David Lloyd, Edgbaston Priory Club, Village, Nuffield, Liberty Leisure, Santas Spa, etc., and by far the staff here - especially Lewis, were amazing. I also met the manager, who was extremely kind. Overall, the customer service really stood out. I had around 107 questions, and Lewis answered every single one without hesitation. A great employee. In contrast. No other gym could compare to his customer service.nn2 Cleanliness:nPhenomenal. The cleanest gym I’ve seen. For the first time, the changing rooms didn’t smell. The sauna, steam and aromatherapy room … don’t smell and weren’t dirty. They didn’t lack in steam and were in immaculate condition.nn3 Privacy:nHas a ladies-only gym, and there’s no frosted glass in the changing rooms, which adds to the sense of privacy.nnOverall, I absolutely love this place and would highly recommend it.nnI also went to view Bannatyne, but I wasn’t impressed at all.nnFor comparison, I previously paid £1,550 for just 8 months at another gym and barely used it. The customer service there simply wasn’t at the same standard as it is here.nnThanks Lewis and your manager - you were brilliant.

nI joined Fitness First Solihull about 5 weeks ago after deciding it was finally time to get myself in shape. I was extremely apprehensive about going at first, but that feeling quickly disappeared when I met Ryan on reception. He immediately put me at ease and gave me a thorough tour of the gym, explaining everything clearly. He was knowledgeable, friendly and very polite, which made a huge difference on my first day.nnAfter explaining that I needed some guidance and was interested in PT sessions, Ryan introduced me to Will. Following an initial consultation, Will created a tailored training and nutrition plan based on my personal goals and needs. Working with Will has been an absolute pleasure. He is friendly, down to earth and genuinely supportive, which is refreshing compared to some PTs who can come across as arrogant.nnI am now 5 weeks in and already noticing a massive difference, and I honestly do not think I would have achieved this without Will’s support and expertise.nnAll of the staff members I have come across have been polite and welcoming, and I have never once felt intimidated or uncomfortable in the gym, which was one of my biggest worries before joining.nnHighly recommend Fitness First Solihull to anyone thinking about starting their fitness journey.

Had my first session at Fitness First today and honestly couldn’t be happier. I went along with my 16-year-old stepdaughter and we were both feeling pretty nervous and apprehensive beforehand. From the moment we arrived, that all disappeared.nnJames and Ryan, who did our induction, were absolutely amazing - friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely encouraging. They made us both feel comfortable, welcome, and completely at ease.nnThe gym itself has a really welcoming, positive atmosphere. As a middle-aged man with a beer belly and very little motivation, it can be intimidating walking into a gym, but there was zero judgment here, just support. I genuinely feel like I’ve finally found a place that will help me get healthier in a way that feels achievable.nnHuge thanks to James and Ryan and the whole team. Really looking forward to coming back.

Absolute JOKE of a gym, 0 customer service skills, don’t join unless you want to get charged a ridiculous amount of money to cancel no matter what your personal circumstances are. The staff here will do their best to take as much money of you as possible & have 0 empathy to your circumstances, please avoid at all costs so you’re not trapped or forced to spend over a hundred pound if you want to cancel. The gym isn’t even worth the money anyways, there are much better ones out there, pls AVOID!!!!
