Absolute JOKE of a gym, 0 customer service skills, don’t join unless you want to get charged a ridiculous amount of money to cancel no matter what your personal circumstances are. The staff here will do their best to take as much money of you as possible & have 0 empathy to your circumstances, please avoid at all costs so you’re not trapped or forced to spend over a hundred pound if you want to cancel. The gym isn’t even worth the money anyways, there are much better ones out there, pls AVOID!!!!

nFitness First Solihull is absolutely fantastic! The innovative new e-gym equipment takes workouts to the next level, offering a personalized and efficient experience. The staff are amazing—always friendly, professional, and ready to help. The members create such a positive and welcoming atmosphere. There’s an impressive range of equipment and classes to suit every fitness level. This gym truly has it all. Not to be missed!

Have been a member for just over a week. Greeted by Sam, who has been amazing . Took me round , was so helpful and always had a smile on her face. Classes are amazing , such a varied selection. So happy I joined.

Gym instructors are friendly and helpful. Members are very friendly and welcoming . Equipment is clean and easy to use and the whole gym is clean and a good range of classes

By far the best gym , amazing vibe and the instructors are super professionals...Big shout out to James gym manager for his professionalism and for being a great instructor, you are guaranteed a good sweat attending his classes. Nat is another brilliant instructor, she is that one instructor who doesn’t play and there to train you and will push you to get out of your comfort zone.  Without forgetting Sam the face of the friendly reception, she is brilliant with excellent customer service , Sam knows the name of each member and will address you with your name or call you ‘darling’. I love it there so much
