Today I had a massage here for the first time and ive been left in agony in my left shoulder...when I first got there the lady who was doing my massage didn't even introduce herself to me she said come with me...i wasn't asked any details or if I was allergic to anythink the whole thing was a complete rush job... the massage it self hurt a lot and I'm still in pain to the point I might need to see my GP....i feel what should of been 30mins relaxation was not nice at all this is not a place I would recommend and I think the customer communication was the worst ive ever experienced in any salon.

I just wanted to say a big thank you for all your help on Saturday. I was let down by another barber earlier on Saturday but Lucie managed to fit me in. I was running late but this didnt seem to be an issue and another staff member helped to keep my daughter entertained throughout my hair cut. Excellent customer service they went above and beyond... thanks again!!!
