My experience with smile spa has been outstanding. The professionalism and friendliness of the whole team is exceptional. Very pleased with the results. The level of care and compassion delivered by the whole team was the best I’ve ever received at any other dental office. From my very first visit at the office, I was made to feel welcome and comfortable both by the friendly competence of the staff and the pleasant environment of the offiice itself. Highly recommend smile spa.
I have been a patient/ customer of Knowle Smile Spa for a number of years and wouldn't have considered anyone else for my implant. The right implant was key to completing my Invisalign treatment and Dr Thom and team carried it out to perfection. From clarity over cost, time and materials used, their service was first class. Highly recommended.
I have been going to see Dr Paul Dheri probably for almost 20 years now and I would not see any other dentist! If you’re nervous and looking for a professional who will take care of you and won’t hurt you - look no further. The staff are also lovely and as accommodating as possible. Rachel the hygienist is brilliant and literally emits sunbeams and has you at ease as soon as you walk in. Plans to do some cosmetic stuff as well and would not let anyone else near my face except my dentist. They are also amazing with my two boys.
Wow! What a great experience- from the first till my last appointment I've been looked after and cared for so very well. Exceptional skill and expertise from Paul and his team: they are just the best- always super polite, helpful and caring. I recommend Smile Spa 100%.
Amazing customer service, always very welcoming and friendly. Being someone who gets anxious about any sort of procedure, I can say that I always feel relaxed here and confident because I get looked after so well. Since having invisaligns at smile spa, I have now switched me and my children for regular dental check ups too. I would definitely recommend them!
A new dentist to me but it was a wonderful service. From start to finish every step was explained in detail and was a painless experience. My bottom teeth were a jumble of angles and height , they have been transformed into a straight non crowded perfect smile. The whitening included in the price completed the look. So pleased - wish I had had it done years ago.
Dr Tom and his nursing team were highly professionally, caring and accommodating. I was a little anxious about having an implant, but the whole team were highly supportive throughout the process. I would highly recommend the Knowle team for your Dental care.

Feels amazing to have my smile back! Massive thanks to Tom and Kim. I've just finished the process of having a dental implant at the Smile Spa to replace a front tooth which was damaged as a child, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I was looked after by Dr Tom Wilmsen and Kim, who were both extremely knowledgeable, professional, kind and reassuring. I felt in safe hands throughout, with every step being explained clearly and in a friendly, relaxed environment. The process in the chair was surprisingly pain-free, with only minimal discomfort at home after the extraction and implant appointments, which was easily managed with paracetamol and ibuprofen. Tom is clearly an expert in the field of dental implantology and he really cared about achieving the very best results for me. Dental Nurse Kim was always so warm, friendly and kind - she really helped me feel relaxed during the 'knitty-gritty' appointments. They really are the dream team! I thoroughly recommend Tom and Kim at the Smile Spa if you are considering a dental implant.
