I have been training here for over 8 years now and I can't speak highly enough about the place. It has a real community and Not only have I managed to get fit and healthy, I have made some friends for life too! Top gym with a fantastic atmosphere and vibe!

Absolutely amazing gym and great first time experience in a proper old school gym. Equipment is total quality and dino and his staff are always there to help and give advice if needs be. Amazing atmosphere and everyone looks out for everyone in there. The best gym I've ever been to and would highly recommend it to anyone from anywhere in UK to pay a visit when through in Birmingham or Solihull!! Top guy Dino and great gym
This place is a weight lifters dream.. surrounded with real iron weights and a friendly atmosphere with staff and members. All the bodybuilding legends have been here and the owner personifies that too !
Dino's gym is one of its kind. Proper man's gym with tons of equipment and weights. Great atmosphere and great people to train with!!
After training at numerous gyms over the last 10 years this is by far the BEST GYM IN THE WORLD... PERIOD!!! There's definatly something unique yet original. True bodybuilding essence. Extremely polite n friendly. Somthing in the air that keeps you getting gains. Thanks Dino.
A proper body builders gym. Train where champions have. Some great machines you will find no where else.
Quite simply the Best!! Friendly staff, Old school bodybuilding machine's, great atmosphere and music. Would definitely recommend.
