Went today for a back session, purchased a day pass. It was a great experience from the moment I walked in staff were friendly and so were all the people training. Good selection of equipment and plenty of weight to go around! Gym has that old school feel and the pictures around the walls prove that if you put the time and effort in you can achieve great things. Thank you for a pleasant experience I will be back soon!!!!

It's a fantastic gym. I travelled to Birmingham for the business course and I drove halfway across the city in order to train at Dino's gym anytime I am in order in Birmingham. This is where I go to train. It's a classic weights gym and I wouldn't train anywhere else
Went in today as I was in Solihull for a day. Such a great atmosphere, great staff and the other gym members were equally friendly. Varied selection of free weights, machines and cardio equipment. Also at least six punchbags hanging from chains off the ceiling. Just an all round quality gym.
One of best gym's I've been too! Dino and staff at Dino's gym are very friendly and welcoming! The gym has a lot excellent gym equipment and lots of quality old school gym equipment peices you don't see rarely these days! I always enjoy my time visiting Dino's!
