Very much a community gym with a very friendly atmosphere. The coaches are experienced and knowledgeable and emphasise health and enjoyment. This stands in stark contrast to a lot of gyms where they'll have your knees ripped apart in no time with ill-thought out, one size fits all HIIT classes.

It's the Cheers of gyms, perfect if sometimes you want to go where everybody know your name and they're always glad you came, and they're qualified and trained.

If you prefer to anonymously lift weights or jump on the treadmill with your headphones in it probably isn't for you though.

I came in last week for a hamstring injury after badminton, Hayley assessed and treated my hamstring with massage and found out that my glute wasnt working right so over the next week she has helped me work out my glutes, now I no longer have hamstring pain.
