Wankers! Mothercare must be treating its sales persons poorly, that is the only explanation of their lame behavior. Two incidents in the same day. First I asked them to show that the car seat I was buying fitted in my car and the sales rep refused that they cannot do it after dark. I offered my help and torch as well but they were too scared to go out of their store. Then on the cash counter, I was charged for the items I did not buy. I am glad I counted the items myself and confronted them. I am very disappointed. Its very unprofessional

Have got some good workers who give decent advice here. Theres a small early learning centre part at the back and the prams and car seats area is not the biggest. Romford has more to offer on the shop floor.

Mostly great. Some staff have exceptional knowledge and are super helpful. At other times badly trained and not bothered staff. Best ones are always working in 'expectant parents events!

I went to this store on Thursday 18 Aug 2016 and after I had paid for my items with the cashier at the extreme end,I stopped to speak to another cashier towards the exit about getting some assistance with the roam pushchair we had purchased earlier in the year. I informed her that I shall drop off the clothes and bring in the pushchair. Upon my return I stood there waiting to be served and I watched the lady I had spoken to chatting with other colleagues while glaring at me clearly backbiting me..then one came forward to ask why I hadn't paid for the clothes I had taken out earlier. ..Really. ???!! I had to reassure them of my payment,clearly hadn't spoken to the cashier that served me and why would anybody steal clothes only to return with a pushchair for support...and why not ask me immediately rather than gossip...very disappointed in the service....leillah

First time we went there, was a disappointment. Staff were unhelpful and in a rush to do what ever else and no knowledge of goods. Had to go a second time tho, and was impressed, a complete change.
