I was so excited to get the Fitzrovia sofa. Sid was my salesman and I informed him I had a small flat and the delivery man would sort it out. low And behold the sofa would not fit through the curve of the stairs. There two delivery men and three builders and it would still not fit. Sofology has taken 30% of my hard earned money due to not fitting. but Jody and Jane at customer service were so patient and made the process less painful
I purchased a plaza set full options, 2xloveseats + 2x3 seaters sofa approx. £10k -waited two months for delivery. Finally delivered 20/02. I ask you is this a sofa? see photos. You can put your fist through the gap. Reported immediately. Technician sent to rectify 16/02, and no difference. I want it replaced they refuse and say there is no fault.... I'm going to cancel the whole order. Stay Away. Order 3523263/2. Oh, I forgot to mention their SofaRescue team is subcontracted, managed to scratch up the parquet - they fobbed me off to ClearaBee to get it fixed. JUST A DISASTER to deal with. I repeat stay away. UPDATE 19/03/2024 - 1 MONTH AFTER RECIEPT. TO THE SOCIAL MEDIA TEAM: NO NOTHING HAS BEEN RESOLVED!! MY EMAILS HAVE BEEN IGNORED AND NO ONE HAS GOTTEN IN TOUCH. THE SOFA IS STILL UNUSABLE, THE FLOOR IS STILL DAMAGED. NEITHER SOFOLOGY OR SOFARESCUE - CLEARBEE HAVE BEEN IN CONTACT. I HAVE BEEN BUSY WITH A FAMILY MEDICAL EMERGANCY FOR PAST TWO WEEKS. I HAVE SENT EMAILS AND CALLED - I WANT A REPLACEMENT OR REFUND PLUS THE DAMAGE TO MY FLOOR FIXED.
I have just started to look for my new sofa. Popped into Sofology to start the process. Whilst I did not end up buying I have a particular need due to access and space I wanted to acknowledge the exceptional service provided by Mariana. She was patient, engaging and very knowledgable. She is a star and thank you Mariana.
Good verity of sofas. The service were very friendly, helpful and professional, specially Saf how were great
Do not trust them, furniture is not made to measure it is sub contracted they only deliver so have warehouse, no return policy, if you pay deposit pay lowest amount 5% as that money you will never see, only way you will get your money back is via small claims court and solicitors, no point talking to them and they will tell you they don’t have return policy or deal with it case by case, so nothing to talk about, they do not follow consumer rights. They promise delivery within 12 weeks do not trust this they don’t deliver they don’t keep to their promise, furniture looks nice in store and is actually not their brand they don’t make it they subcontract and claim that furniture is theirs and made to order, it is not their furniture don’t have a factory they are a middle men, so therefore they don’t made to measure meaning they have to follow consumer rights. The best is to avoid them, also they force you to leave Trustpilot review even tough you didn’t receive furniture, and if you read their Trustpilot reviews is from people that purchased it fake review not actually people that had the whole process completed. Everything is just fake about them. By the way they hung up on you soon they don’t want to discuss returns. Don’t be another customer like me.
We brought our corner sofa from sofology, we took some time figuring it out with 3 small kids and husband it was hard. Helal was extremely patient and so helpful with us. The customer service second to none very good! I pray the after service is just as amazing.
Absolute disgusting service. It says ‘in your home in 7 days’ but the sales staff say 1-2 weeks. The sales staff are rude, manager even worse, Faisal who didn’t even greet us had no answers to any questions, he was ‘just a sales consultant’ and told us to go to a second hand shop. I have never ever experienced a service like I have in this store. Shame on you. Sofology, what a waste of your advertising budget if this is the people in your stores!
AVOID AT ALL COST! Please Read Before You Buy + Leave a thumps up to support others who would find this useful: I purchased this soft set + cover + cleaning, and was delivered early Jan 2018, now it has almost been just under 3 Years only for this sofa. Was advised there is a 20 year structural cover and I wouldn't need to worry about anything fo any mechanical damages. Currently I am facing with two issue 1. The massive creeks when opening the Sofa 2. It is nearly touching the floor when being opened, this could result in a full damage of the motor If I was given this protection + purchasing extra 6 years for linear protection then why should I be having to continually 'claim' and see if I get 'approved' or not. Avoid purchasing from Sofology, staff are great Im sure, but terrible loophole set in place to decline customers. I will slowly start putting this in all stores review as customers should NOT be treated this way, it is a complete broad daylight fraud.
Great sofa options and the most affordable in the retail park. Staff are friendly and not so much in your face.
