We've just received our sofa and felt compelled to leave a comment. From start to finish, we've had a fantastic customer service experience with this store, from our first visit where we met business owner Mick - to our follow-up visit to lock-in our new sofa and decide on materials with Bromley Store Director, Evelyn who was extremely patient with us as we went through literally hundreds of options. Evelyn in particular has been a great guide: knowledgable, personable and helpful - leaving no stone unturned - which trickles down to the team around her. We've popped in a few times since ordering our sofa to make payments and have a chat, and are always offered refreshments mulled wine, mince pies, coffee, tea etc, which only adds to the customer experience. The payment process is unique and flexible, the quality of Raft's products are second to none, and our sofa was delivered exactly as expected - and we love it. The delivery guys in particular, were absolutely brilliant. All in all, a great experience and I thoroughly recommend the Raft Bromley store if you're looking for a unique and quality crafted sofa with bespoke material and cushion designs.

Having paid in the region of £600 for a coffee table you would expect quality – well no not in my case. The promise of a delivery made by people wearing gloves to protect the furniture and overshoes was fake news 1 2 scruffy men turned up and had enormous difficulty fitting the glass to the wooden base. So much so that they damaged it . the glass was covered in a mass of dirty marks and fingerprints. The delivery men said they has no means to clean the glass and so left. I have made contact with Raft since and have been passed between the logistics manager and the store manage without resolution. I have now asked for and been refused a full refund. I will now be taking a small claims court action to claim the refund . In one word APPALING avoid

Very poor customer service. Took our deposit twice, then sent us a defective glass table. So far we have had two failed replacement deliveries as they sent the wrong size and then another faulty item. Very disappointed, especially as staff seem pretty uninterested in restoring our faith in Raft. Won't shop here again.

Beautiful shop with friendly staff offering quality products from reclaimed teak furniture to British-made sofas... Worth a look!
