Very bad customer service. I have been here twice and both times I have felt very unwanted and under serviced. The sales people are clearly not motivated to sell or help customers. Visit elsewhere for better experience.

They don't have a lot of selection anything they did online it said it was and rains from 102 320 there was no beds in there or furniture that I could get for that price so they need to change your online or something because it's not very good with hostel that's why it's one star but if it had a range that was in my budget I would have given it a five star rating

Moving home recently and our old bed frame wasn`t good anymore... So we decided to look for a new one, found a great offer online,so went to the shop later. Unfortunately wasn`t available in store, but Deryck was really nice and helpful, managed to order one for us with a free home delivery!We were offered tea or coffee even! We spent a really nice time while buying our frame bed !Bought some other things meanwhile. Came back really happy and looking forward to delivery now !Really highly reccomend the store in Croydon!

Polite and helpful staff, decent selection of beds but the prices are a bit too much.
