I have always used the Gillingham branch, but a couple of weeks ago I wanted to buy some things and they were out of stock, a member of staff suggested the lakeside branch. In comparison to Gillingham it's better stocked much much wider variety better choices, staff more presentable and the store is more cleaner. Well done keep it up.

No one manning the stockroom the bar code on the Cooke and Lewis Cooker hood not registering at the till so sent back to the kitchen department for the correct bar code. Upon explaining the situation getting vacant looks from the kitchen personnel. What should have been a quick pop in pop out visit was nothing of the sort.

I HAD A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE THERE 3 MONTHS AGO AND DID NOT WANT TO GO BACK BUT THE TOILET SEAT I ORDERED WAS THE WRONG ONE BUT PRINCIPLES WHERE SECONDARY TO COST.I DIDNT SWE THE STUPID WOMAN WHO HAS CALLED SECURITY FOR SOME UNKNOWN REASON. THE MAN WHO ORDERED THE WRONG SEAT NO LONGER WORKED THERE YHANK GOODNESS BUT THE MANAGER OF THE BATHROOM TOOK SOME CONVINCING BEFORE HE ORDERED THE CORRECT ONE FOR ME.

A place with a massive choice and friendly helpful staff who took the time to make the right choice to buy a nice tool kit at a reasonable price. Large car park, plenty of room and lots of offers.
