I ordered my car at the end of February and my sales executive explained there would be a wait and even though I had to wait a while for my car to arrive, I was kept informed almost every 2 weeks on the updates and when the car was expected. I really appreciated this and it helped knowing there were regular updates. When I picked up the car, my sales executive Geoff went through everything with the car and has since followed up with a phone call to make sure I am getting on well and happy with the car.
Ordered my hybrid last summer and although there were delays Steve kept me updated constantly. Very pleased with my car and the excellent service from Renault. Steve is definitely the sort of person you want to buy a car from, great knowledge, friendly but professional with great attention to detail Would highly recommend Jackie
Andrew was a really great help when purchasing my car. Very helpful and super friendly and easy to talk too. Great communication throughout. Only drawback which isn’t Andrews fault was sorting out my service plan. Advised to go through the finance provider but they said it was the dealership I had to go through. Once through to SMC Weybridge they confirmed this and very helpfully sorted this. Would highly recommend. Thanks again.
We have just bought a new Clio and Geoff Wilson and the sales team have been very helpful. We received regular updates on the delivery date for the car and the handover was excellent. All the new features and controls were patiently explained and the associated paperwork was managed professionally. Thoroughly recommended.
I recently purchased a used vehicle with Renault Aldershot and I cannot in any way fault the service I experienced with the garage and it's team. The process was timely, well organised, and altogether largely effortless. My allocated salesperson, Andrew, deserves particular recognition here. He devoted a seemingly endless amount of his time and patience to walking me through stock, purchase options, finance applications, and made sure to be present for the car handover - a process throughout which he brought impressive knowledge and impeccable manners. I am, altogether, immensely happy with my new vehicle and will certainly be recommending this garage to others in the future. Thank you and very well done.
It was a great pleasure to deal with Andrew - there was no hard-sell, or smug sales talk . He was very helpful, and kept us informed of progress every step of the way. We would definitely recommend him. Only 4 stars as he’s still fairly inexperienced and still learning - but great potential !
My wife and I bought an Megane E-tech Techno from Geoff Wilson at Aldershot and the whole process was seemless and very professional. The model and colour we wanted was in the showroom so Geoff offered it to us. We agreed to wait a couple of weeks until the 1 March 23 registration and on the day the collection and handover was excellent. The communication throughout was great a complete contrast with MG4 car dealer we had been dealing with prior to cancelling our order!. Love the car and., whilst it is quite complex to get to grips with all the features, the on-line tutorials are very good. I have used the in-app Whattsapp contact facility to talk to Renault customer Services based in Portugal to sort out a connection issue with the free Orange data package and, again, they were supper to deal with. So far so good! I would certainly recommend SMC.
A good experience from test drive to ordering, Andy W was very helpful and pleasant. The car was delayed by 2 months but Andy kept me informed of its progress, and on collection gave a good explanation of all the features and systems on the car.
Stephen Puttick was helpful, friendly, & accommodated us with his patient & long suffering attitude & went out of his way to find answers to our questions & requests, never getting irrate or impatient with us when we were getting frustrated with the 'apparent lack of progress' & delays with the delivery of the vehicle. He treated us with respect & dignity & with 'the customer is always right & comes first', attitude. We would happily deal with him again if & when we were considering buying a new car again from the dealership that he was representing.
I have been bringing my vehicle to SMC Renault Aldershot for my services & MOT’s for a few years now. All the staff are pleasant & professional. Anthony in particular has helped me on several occasions with various issues with my vehicle, always going above & beyond to ensure customer satisfaction - thank you Anthony!
