"We sell used cars. We specialise in premium brands such as Land Rover, Porsche, Mercedes, Jaguar, BMW, Ferrari, McLaren and many more. We do like unusual cars and especially big petrol engines. We are also now starting to branch out into hybrid and electric cars too. We are based in Shepperton in Middlesex on the Surrey border. We are 3 miles from Junction 11 of the M25 and are located in a nice quiet village on the River Thames. Please feel free to pop in and browse our lovely selection of stock."

I have nothing but good things to say about Jim, after selling my Fiat to him. He reached out to me, having seen the vehicle advertised online and made a genuine reasonable offer. All of our communication were so polite and professional and made me comfortable selling my car. If I look to buy a good quality used car in the future I would definitely look to JCT 9 first, as well as potential future car sales with them, and would recommend them to friends. Thank you.
I bought a car from JCT9 recently and I found their customer service to be of the highest quality. They made the buying process a pleasure and were very communicative during delivery etc. Unfortunately in the end the car was faulty, despite the rigorous checks that JCT9 had done. Jim and David and Ben worked tirelessly to resolve the issues with the car, picking it back up and taking it to get fixed and delivering a courtesy car to me. In spite of all their efforts it wasn't to be, and without quibble they generously agreed to refund my purchase. This sets them apart from many other car dealers who might have refused to have any more to do with the car, especially as it was provided with a 6 month warranty. I only give four stars because it was not a perfect experience from my point of view - a 5 star experience would have been a working car straight away, but as I say JCT9 did everything they could to set things right. I believe that a customer choosing JCT9 can be confident in their purchase.
David was extremely professional. Let me look around the car with no pressure. Long test drive. A small scratch on the door was repaired perfectly with no hassle. Love the car and would definitely buy from junction 9 again.

After selling my Range Rover to them, I have nothing but good things to say about Jim and JCT 9. They approached me, having seen the vehicle advertised and made a sensible offer put forward politely while showing a genuine passion for the car. Their knowledge and general business acumen left me with the opinion that should I need another luxury used vehicle in the future, I will reach out to Jim and JCT 9 as my first port of call.

Bought a BMW I3 here and could not be more happy. All the staff I dealt with were very helpful, and they went out of their way to ensure I got a warranty that fully covered all the electrics and the petrol driven range extender. This is my first time electric car so that was really reassuring. The car was immaculate when I collected it, my part-Ex was very easy. I noticed a minor issue with the rear tyres and with no quibbles they replaced them with new top quality Continentals. Here you get first class service on carefully selected cars. Fully recommended.
Recently purchased a car from JCT9 Cars. The whole process from start to finish was fantastic. Jim made the whole process so simple. by far the best dealer we have ever dealt with. Definitely would use JCT9 again.
David, Jim and the boys were very helpful with the whole transaction. I had a part exchange as well, all went very smooth. When driving off my newly purchased car, it came out with an error message, the guys took the car back and fixed it at their trustee garage within a week. During lockdown, about a month later, found that the car had an issue with suspension from the previous owner, and even though I took the car to my own garage to fix, when speaking to the guys at JCT9 explaining what's going on, they very confidently offered to help cover some of the costs, which they did sent via post. Can't rate them high enough. I most probably will come back to JCT9, when my finance is over, to get another car, and have been recommending to friends and family. You don't get this kind of service or honesty from most dealers out there, these days. They would prefer a happy customer over anything else.. Overall very happy with my Qashqai and with this dealer's profissional approach to any issues that have arisen.
Recently purchased a Range Rover from JCT9 Cars. The whole process from start to finish was fantastic. These guys delivered above and beyond with regards to the car and there impeccable customer service. The whole process was made so simple. David reassured us so much that we were happy to travel the 200 miles and confident we would drive the car away without previously viewing the car. After sales have been Excellent. Definitely would use JCT9 again. Highly recommended.
