Simply the best. I've been driving for over 32 years and these guys are fantastic. Fitted me in for a warranty issue and turned the repair around in a few days. Efficient and friendly service from all involved. 100% recommend these guys, they go our of their way to help!
Top team at Weybridge who always look after me and my car really well and always sort me out a lovely loan car whilst working on mine. My only negative is the main agent pricing - I could use a local independent and save quite a lot. Shame out of warranty service pricing isn’t more competitive. Highly recommend the Weybridge Mazda team though.
Firstly I am so pleased T W White & Sons Leatherhead in putting me in touch with the Byfleet branch in order to purchase parts for the retail sector. The parts manager Darrell was amazingly helpful from start to finish with my Hyundai coolant part was not long at all when it was delivered to my abode. Now fixed and running smoothly. I will certainly purchase any spares in the future with the Byfleet branch. Thanks Darrell top man.
The car was collected a little after the proposed time. The service went ok, car cleaned and returned later afternoon. The behind the scenes service personnel was good.
Had a warranty claim on our Kia carens rear boot switch booked the car in at our convenience and even dropped off the day before as we had to juggle a few things at home but cannot fault the dealer one bit will definitely return friendly and polite at all times very happy
Car serviced with the Byfleet garage. Service was courteous and completed. An issue was found with an oil valve and this was resolved as quickly as possible. I have used TW White & Sons for many years and will continue to do so in the future.
Unfortunately I have felt my need to write a review following my experience with T H White and Sons Brooklands. To summarise a very long story, my car was diagnosed with an issue with the wheel bearing which comes at quite a significant cost. I booked this into the garage and spoke to the female behind the counter asking if they could change the bearing but whether they could take a look when they did so as the garage who had diagnosed weren't entirely sure. The work was done, I asked to look at the bearing for my own interest to see the damage, they wouldn't allow this and could not tell me the extent of the damage. I drove the car home and the noise was worse that ever. I returned the car to which the lead engineer said he just had to brush the corrosion off the back of the breaks to get rid of the noise...so all in all, they replaced a perfectly good working part for no reason at all. They were unwilling to engage in a resolution, instead offering me a discount off a £500 service and MOT.... They have not responded to further emails and told me to take up my complaint with the ombudsman. Of course I will be taking this further, however it is disappointing that they cannot fathom the ethical and moral implications of what they have done. This is always a concern as a female taking a car into a garage...Treat with caution.
Excellent service from start to finish. The front desk team are brilliant at their jobs and communicate really well. The tech team identified an unknown issue in a reasonable amount of time and provided feedback on said issue. I can’t fault one part of the customer experience I received. Definitely coming back again for servicing and maintenance. They make other garages look mediocre.Service: General repairs & maintenance
Booked in for 5th service. Completed and advised ready for collection mid pm despite late drop off. No longer Hyundai showroom, majoring on Mazda
A fanatastic aftersales service team. I have used them for the last 4 years and they are professional, communicative and friendly every visit.
