Good service on the day, but customer parking area is very tight and spaces are always at a premium. Perhaps having less 2nd hand cars in stock would help. I'd also prefer to be able to go direct to service department but one has to report at reception first, then take a seat while waiting for the advisor to come over. No other dealer I've ever used has done this and it seems very odd.

Really great service when we had our Audi A4 in for its first service. Good communication, great price and no issues. Even came back super clean and smelling fresh. On the back of this we recommended them to a friend who bought a similar vehicle to ours from them and had a similar experience. Good work Walton Audi.

Surprisingly very poor customer service 😑 Service staff are young and need more training in customer care phone manners. Complained to the service manager Paul Read regarding very poor service from the service staff Matt ! Would not recommend and will take my Audi to Wimbledon from now on.

Worst service ever. My 2016 Audi A4, which is a company lease car, went into service with a specific request to check the cabin filter and wipers. Of course they did not check as after I got the car back, I opened up the air filter cabin and as you can see in the picture below, it was clear they didn’t even open it as there was deris falling all over the place. Their response was “air vents all working” - are they kidding? see attached picture. Worst service ever and I would never recommend this place to anyone and will recommend our company to change companies.
